This effect unit contain main function section of Octave Diver (emulate Mu-Tron™ Octave Divider pedal), control of input and output levels, Destruct section, classical ringer effect, compressor with limiter to control your signal clipping, built-in LFO and also – widening function. Its pretty good hybrid effect for various situations. Bigger aspect to run SubColours – add or generate to any sound new sub-octave with gain signal, compression, limiting and widening.

Octave Diver
Max Freq – Maximum input frequency a sub octave will be generated for. Set from 35Hz up to 560Hz
Tone – Set harmonic content of generated sub-octave. Set from 0 up to 100%
In fundamental SubClours OctaveDiver part is effect like a Mu-Tron™ Octave Divider classic pedal. There you can find modulation of sub-tone. But we add more in our device to make it more useful.
Correction Input – correction of input level (unprocessed input signal) befor it going to DRY/WET control Correction Output – correction of output level of the effected signal after DRY/WET control
DRY/WET – level of the unprocessed input signal sent to the output with morphing to level of the effected signal.
DESTRUCT
Can be used as Bypass / PRE / POST / SUM / END position in chain.

Ringer is very old and classical effect, that reproduce second tone to signal, based on Green Ringer™ ring modulation pedal by Dan Armstrong.

LIMITER
Limiter with SOFT / HARD / CLIP modes, can be used as Bypass / PRE / POST / SUM / END position in chain.
WIDENING
Help to spread and wide more your signal with 4 zone selection.
MODULATION
Built-in Modulation with LFO.
Modulation Source: Constant / Automata A1, A2, A3 CV Inputs (can be controlled with controllers on front panel)
Modulation Destination: Max Freq, Tone, Dry and Wet signal.
Built-in LFO with 8 waveforms (Sine, Tri, Saw, Sq, Pulse, Tangens, RiseUp, Trapezoid), rate and affect of rate, depth and random. Modulation with LFO help you create various creative active-effects (as auto-bass and more)
USE positions in chain!
Its very useful to set positions of compressor, destruct and limiter in various position.
BE CAREFUL!
Not move at start of work to WET max positions. Wet is not better! Wet is only processed sub-signal. If signal is clipping, try to use compressor, limiter and signal correction (Input/Output). Sub-bass activity in track need accurate use and control!
